Hi there and welcome! I’m Meg and I’m a pastry chef. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University 5 years ago and I have been working in the food industry since then. Unlike most people I love to take my work home with me and enjoy baking at home in my free time. What I love about baking is the creativity, the challenge of learning new techniques and of course eating it! If you enjoy baking or learning some food science then you’re in the right place!
More about me; I’m originally from the beautiful state of New Jersey but I currently live out on the East End of Long Island, New York. Besides baking I enjoy reading, sewing, playing with my cats, going to the beach and re-watching “The Office” for the 50th time!
